All Test Fire Protection - Backflow was horrible to work with. The first time they came out the inspector didn't even test the device. He simply stated that he wouldn't test it and left. They charged us a "trip charge" which was suspiciously the same amount as a test fee. It took us calling them for two weeks to get back onto the schedule. All Test did not return our calls, voicemails, or e-mails. They we terrible at follow-up and customer service. They are so bad that I will go get my own backflow license just so I never have to deal with them again.

Highly recommend! We can always rely on Chris H to show up every year for our inspection!!
